How To Create Invoices
1. Start on MaidCentral Main Screen https://greentreecleaningservices.maidcentral.com/Dashboard/Index/347
2. First you want to check the jobs of the day have been started.
3. Review the calendar. If you see there are jobs that have not been started yet you must wait to start.
4. Once all jobs have at least been started then you can move onto doing the invoices.
5. Go to “Company” Tab
6. Click “Invoicing & Job Records”
7. Click “Choose a Date”
8. Select Today’s Date or the Date you need to do invoices for
9. Review on each job time on site and ensure the allowed hours are close to what was budgeted -report in Slack if their is a noticeable difference
10. Insure Create Invoice and Charge Card are selected- If the customer pays with check, make sure charge card is not selected!
11. Once you have checked all the jobs over and everything looks good Click “Create Invoices and Charge Jobs”.
Once you do this it will take a few moments to process DO NOT LEAVE THE SCREEN OR CLICK ANY BUTTONS….JUST BE PATIENT AND WAIT!
12. Once all have processed scroll back to the top if there are any errors- review the errors and alert Jennifer.
13. For invoices that had errors Click “Text”
14. Review the text that pops up then Click “Send”
