How to Create, Assign, or View a New Task in GoHighLevel
2. Click on “Contact” to be taken to the ‘Tasks’ list
3. Click “Tasks”
4. Once here, you can view your tasks by:
- Assignee (ex. Heather, Jennifer, Lydia, Abigail, etc)
- Status (Pending or Completed)
- Contact (sorted by specific contacts)
You can also Sort the tasks by Due Date, etc.
5. You can also create a new task by clicking “New Task”
6. Give your new task a Title by clicking “Task Title” field.
and then a ‘Description’
7. Click “Due Date” and choose when the task is due for the reminder
8. Click “Use setting”
9. If you’d like this to be a recurring task, set that here
10. Choose who the assign the task to by clicking the “Select Assignee” field.
11. Finally, if this task is assigned to a contact, select the contact and click “Save”
ex. Follow up with quote for Walt Disney, you would select “Walt Disney” as the contact.
